Purchasing furniture is different from buying an everyday product. Most furniture at Al Raziq Furniture is either handcrafted or made according to your selected design, material, finish, or dimensions. For this reason, our Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craftsmen.
Our goal is straightforward: “If we make a mistake, we will make it right”. If an item arrives damaged or somewhat different from what you ordered, we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund it wherever applicable. The following policy explains when an order can be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
You may cancel orders before manufacturing has begun. Once furniture enters production, materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your order. At this stage, cancellation may no longer be appreciated, or cancellation charges may apply depending on the work already completed.
If Al Raziq Furniture is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We do encourage you to inspect your furniture closely upon delivery. Please be certain the product matches your order and check for any observable damage, missing parts, or manufacturing issues before accepting delivery.
If you notice any damage or missing components, please inform our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Providing photographs of the issue might also help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
As most of our furniture is handcrafted or made to order, we do not accept returns because of a change of mind once production has begun, any incorrect measurements provided by the customer, normal variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or colour, or damage caused after delivery through misuse. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Returned products must remain unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered until our team has finished the inspection process.
Where possible, Al Raziq Furniture will first repair the affected part instead of replacing the product. This gives us a chance to actually resolve genuine issues, all while maintaining the quality of your furniture. Upon inspection, if the issue still cannot reasonably be taken care of, or if the product has a major manufacturing defect, we may approve a complete replacement or, where applicable, a refund.
Our furniture is handcrafted using all natural materials, which means slight differences in wood grain, texture, polish, fabric colour, stitching, or finish are a natural part of the manufacturing process. These variations make each piece unique and shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Product images displayed on our website are intended solely as a guide.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming their purchase (ie dimensions, colours, materials, finishes, delivery information, and any custom requirements). They are further requested to confirm that doorways, staircases, lifts, and access points are suitable for the furniture ordered.
Al Raziq Furniture cannot be held responsible for products that cannot be moved into the property due to incorrect measurements or restricted access provided by the customer.
Al Raziq Furniture has the complete right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Any revisions will be published on this page and will become effective forthwith upon posting. Continued use of our website or services following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of our revised policy.
